Shipping policy

At Solano Stone, we offer custom-tailored fulfillment options to provide you with the best shopping experience:

1. Ready-to-Ship Collections (Standard Items)
* Processing Time: 1–2 business days.
* Delivery Time: 2–7 business days across the United States.
* Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as the carrier picks up your order from our domestic warehouse network.

2. Custom & Made-to-Order Collections (China Factory Direct)
* Production Window: Each bespoke piece is handcrafted to your specifications (custom fabrics, colors, or branding), which takes 30–45 days.
* Ocean Freight & Domestic Delivery: Approximately 30 days (1 month) for international transport and final delivery to your doorstep.
* Total Delivery Timeline: 60–75 days in total. 
* Tracking: For these oversized customs, specialized freight tracking will be provided once the shipment clears U.S. customs and enters the domestic delivery network.
